You can cover two adults in one policy when purchasing online. However, if you’d like to add more travellers, then you’d have to personally give the agency a call.

Am I covered for emergency medical care?

Yes, the cover includes 24/7 emergency medical care, which will be made available to you no matter where in the world you are.

Are cruises covered?

Yes, there’s a dedicated Cruise pack that caters to cruise trips. Simply make sure to select ‘Pacific’ when choosing your destination, even if you’ll be cruising on Australian waters.

Are kids covered for free?

Yes, dependents under the age of 25 will be covered for free when they’re accompanied by a parent or a grandparent throughout the trip.

Is there a way to reduce or cancel the excess on my policy?

No, unfortunately Boomers will not allow you to remove your excess.

Is the policy available to non-Australian residents?

No, unfortunately the policy is only available to Australian residents that qualify for Medicare.

What happens to my cover if my tour company collapses?

Boomers travel insurance does not pay out any claims related to the collapse of a tour operator, travel agent or accommodation provider.
