What is the maximum duration limit for a single- trip cover?
Your policy will cover you for individual trips lasting up to 45 days each.
Does AllClear cover pre-existing medical conditions?
Yes. AllClear provides cover for all types of conditions, regardless of the traveller’s age or their intended destination.
Are there any conditions that they don’t provide cover for?
Yes, AllClear will not cover you if your condition has gotten much worse than when you initially applied for cover; it requires that you seek out medical treatment during the trip; or if you don’t have clearance to travel from your medical practitioner.
Do kids get free cover?
Yes, dependents under the age of 21 get free cover when travelling with a parent or grandparent and are not employed.
Is pregnancy and childbirth covered?
AllClear does not provide cover to pregnant mothers who are at more than 36 weeks and 6 days of their pregnancy for a single child, or 32 weeks and 6 days for a multiple pregnancy.
Is the cover available to non-Australian residents?
Yes. You can purchase an AllCover policy regardless of your nationality, on condition that you have a valid Private Health Fund, Medicare policy or an Overseas Student Travel Insurance, plus your journey has to begin and end in Australia.
